Mobility21 UTC Program Manager Lisa Kay Schweyer and Metro21 Executive Director Karen Lightman participated in Planning meetings for Allegheny Places, the Allegheny County comprehensive plan.  This plan establishes an overall vision for the future for Allegheny County and how to get there.
