Mobility21 Executive Director Stan Caldwell participated in a workshop at the City of Pittsburgh Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to develop the concept of operations for the city’s ITS Plan.  Caldwell applied his experience from ten years of UTC research projects with the city to help inform the plan.
