Mobility21 UTC researcher Dr. Corey Harper was featured as a presenter on the “Smart City Systems, Sustainable Transportation, and the Importance of Resiliency in Our Infrastructure” panel, alongside other experts in the field at the Transportation Engineering & Safety Conference, hosted by Penn State University, to discuss how high-resolution rainfall data could improve safety and management of the transportation system during inclement weather events.  View Dr. Harper’s presentation here.
