Dr. Joachim Eichhorn, Head of Transportation and Digital Infrastructure Section of the German Embassy visited the CMU campus and met with Stan Caldwell to learn about Traffic21 and the Mobility21 UTC efforts and discuss potential areas of collaboration with German universities and companies.
