Stan Caldwell participated in the quarterly meeting of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Division of the Federal Highway Administration State Transportation Innovation Council where he was recognized with eight other members (including Penn State UTC Director Eric Donnell)  and has been re-appointed to the board for another two-year term.
