Stan Caldwell, the Executive Director for the CMU Traffic21 Institute and the T-SET and Mobility21 National University Transportation Centers, was a featured keynote panelist at this morning’s Council of University Transportation Center annual conference. His presentation highlighted ways Traffic21 conducts “Community and Publicly Engaged Research.”
