Mobility21 Executive Director Stan Caldwell joined Smart Belt Coalition members from Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the Transportation Research Center in East Liberty, OH.  During this meeting, Stan presented updates on the design of the PennSTART test track and CMU’s new Safety21 National UTC.
