Mobility21/Safety21 Interim Executive Director Karen Lightman joined leaders from across Appalachia in Ashland, KY for the Appalachian Regional Commission’s 2023 Annual Conference, Appalachia Rises: Resilience, Strength and Transformation.  The conference focused on the importance of resiliency and collaboration in the region.
