Today, Mobility21 UTC released its latest “Research Recap” for Sean Qian’s project “Smart Right-of-Way Permitting System for the City of Pittsburgh: Coordination, Pricing and Enforcement.”  The recaps are one-page overviews of the UTC funded research that describe the research project’s purpose, approach, key findings, conclusions, contact information for the research team and a link to the final research report.
