Today, Mobility21 UTC released its latest “Research Recap” for Carnegie Mellon University researcher Sean Qian’s project “Modeling the impact of dynamic tolling in large-scale regional networks: A case study for Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC).” Recaps are one-page overviews of the UTC funded research that describe the research project’s purpose, approach, key findings, conclusions, contact information for the research team and a link to the final research report.
