While meeting with UTC faculty, Traffic21 Advisory Council member Ray Betler, former CEO of WABTEC and currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of L.B. Foster, made his first visit to an undergraduate engineering lab that he and his wife Joneen generously funded in CMU’s new Ansys Hall.
