Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Mobility21 Advisory Council member,  Secretary Yassmin Gramian welcomed State Transportation Innovation Council  members, including Mobility21 Executive Director Stan Caldwell, to Harrisburg for the first in person meeting since the pandemic and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Pennsylvania’s award winning STIC.
