Chris Hendrickson, Director of Traffic21, attended the National Research Council’s Governing Board meeting November 10-11 in his role as Chair of the NRC Transportation Research Board Division Committee.  Topics of discussion included approval of the NRC budget and further work on developing a strategic plan for the NRC.
