The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Pittsburgh Chapter hosted a continuing education credit course for property managers, owners and  brokers real estate license renewal.  In a session on drone technology, Stan Caldwell presented his UTC research on industry trends and potential impacts of advanced air mobility and was joined by Pittsburgh based drone company AERAS, who discussed their innovative drone applications for buildings.
