The First Americans Land-Grant Consortium (FALCON) held its 18th Annual Conference, kicked off by a pre-conference event Tribal Colleges and Universities and University Transportation Center Summit.  Mobility21 UTC Program Manager participated in the summit and presented an overview of the UTC’s work.
