Metro21: Smart Cities Institute Executive Director, Karen Lightman, presented for the 2018 TMA Summit: Oakland Mobile Workshop at CMU organized by the Oakland Transportation Management Association (OTMA). The OTMA works to improve mobility, access and safety for commuters. Karen presented Metro21 projects that focus on making our cities smarter for people in the Oakland area.
