Mobility21/Safety21 Interim Executive Director Karen Lightman was in attendance as Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro visited the CMU campus to announce and sign an executive order that engages the CMU and the Shapiro Administration as partners in responsibly developing and deploying generative artificial intelligence applications and services for the benefit of state government and Pennsylvanians more broadly.
