Traffic21 Director Chris Hendrickson and Executive Director Stan Caldwell, alongside Laurence Rilett of the University of Nebraska recently published an article for the ASCE Journal of Transportation Engineering, Part A: Systems titled “It is Time to Recognize Communications as a Mode of Transportation.”
