Transportation agencies need proactive connectivity policies

Government agencies need to establish regulatory policies to help drive advancements in connectivity and provide an efficient data management system to support the growing number of vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications, Suzanne Murtha writes.
