SPC is now soliciting applications for candidate transportation projects to be considered for funding under the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement Program in the 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).  Completed project applications are due by Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
