General Motors is using feedback on potential cybersecurity risks from the public to help identify and address flaws in the security of its connected cars. The automaker has promised not to take legal action against hackers who infiltrate its vehicle systems if they don’t cause harm, compromise company or driver security, or disclose any vulnerabilities they find until GM has had a chance to address them.
