Carnegie Mellon University announced Thursday it expanding its Let’s Go automated phone line to provide a 24-hour transit information to riders of the Port Authority of Allegheny County.
Since its inception in 2005, CMU said the line has provided more than 200,000 callers with after-hours transit information.
Starting next week, Port Authority will route its after hours call to its own automated information line and Let’s Go will operate as an independent service.
